Shipping & Delivery

Ready-to-ship products are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Pre-order or made-to-order products need the making time shown on the product page, followed by courier transit. Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary by destination, courier conditions and holidays.

Current shipping fees and any free-delivery threshold are shown in the cart and checkout before you place the order. The final checkout total is authoritative.

When tracking is available, it will appear under My Orders and may also be sent to your registered contact details. Please check your phone number and full address with PIN code before placing the order. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If store pickup is offered at checkout, select it before placing the order. We will contact you with collection instructions when the order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation. Do not visit before receiving a ready-for-pickup message.

If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item so we can review and help.
