When you create an account, place an order, book a class or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, order information and course progress. Payment credentials are handled by your payment app/provider; we do not request or store your UPI PIN or banking password.

We do not sell personal information. We share only the information needed with service providers that support website hosting, email, WhatsApp messaging, payment processing or delivery. Those providers process data under their own terms and applicable law.

We retain account, transaction and learning records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes and comply with legal/accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction or deletion of account details, subject to records we must retain. You can opt out of non-essential messages by contacting us. Essential transactional messages may still be sent for orders and bookings.

The site may use essential session cookies for login, security and cart functionality. Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 without a parent or guardian.
